What is the REFUND policy?
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.
For the convenience and respect of our stylists, please note that the booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. The booking fee is 50% of your selected hair style.
EXAMPLE: If you selected Small Knotless Braids - Shoulder Length, fully priced at $14,800 JMD, you will be required to pay $7,400 to book the appointment.
Missed appointments can be rescheduled. All booking fees will be applied to the final charge.

What happens if I am late to my appointment?
You are free to re-book your appointment online, or by messaging us at: 876-822-9350.

I'm visiting Jamaica, can I pay in a different currency?
Yes! We offer online payment options here.
Your country's currency will be automatically converted using a safe and secure platform.
Paying at your appointment? We will send you a digital invoice via text, What's App, or email.
What if I want to add color (non-black) to my hairstyle?
All styles with additional color are subject to an additional charge of $2000 JMD.
You can save $2000 by allowing us to use natural hair colors such as black or brown.
